Return / Exchange Policy

  1. All items are handcrafted, a small variation in color and design may occur. Please note we do not offer an exchange or return on purchases. However, you can avail replacement or refund in an unlikely event of damage, defective or different item delivered to you. Sacherella only offers a refund on defected or damaged pieces within 15 days of purchase.​

  2. Returns & Exchanges will be accepted only if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received with original packaging. Please email at info@sacherella.com and sacherelladesigns@gmail.com for more details.​

  3. We are unable to exchange your items if your merchandise is found to be modified from its original form when purchased, dirty, stained or damaged.​

  4. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.​

  5. All the decisions of Sacherella Quality Control team will be final.
